Why Executive or Leadership Coaching?

Leadership coaching uses every asset the leader possesses to leverage growth in areas of leadership that are not yet developed fully. The leader's focus in coaching depend on their aspirations and needs and include developing: emotional intelligence, relational engagement, facilitation skills, promotion of rapport through leading without force, strategic planning, team building, finding and enhancing joy in work and life.

My individual coaching with executives/leaders engages their person strengths and gifts, and creates effective optimism around efficiently manifesting intentions, goals and desired outcomes while supporting the leader’s values, facilitating strategic thinking and supplying the structure for sustainable development and movement towards success.
