PaulPaul (Paolo) Scoglio, MSW, LICSW, CPCC is a leadership coach and trainer. He has been providing training to organizations and groups since 1973. He was trained as a Masters level psychotherapist in 1983. He trained with the Coaches Training Institute and became a certified coach in 2002. He also completed their Leadership Training Program in 2003. In 2006 he completed the New Equations training for New Equations typing and continues to work with them to develop coaching tools to enhance peak performance in individuals, teams and communities.


GerinaGerina Gaffney, AICI, CIP, CPCC, is a leadership coach and trainer and has conducted seminars for executives in corporations and educational institutions in the North East. She is an internationally recognized professional image and wardrobe consultant, certified life and business coach and president of Gaffney and Company.


SteveSteve Lentini, is a nationally known speaker and author. He teaches in  Massachusetts and Vermont and is the founder and owner of The Prosperity  Institute. Having spent 30 years in sales, sales training, sales management as well as 6 years as a Sandler Sales Institute licensee, Steve now holds the position of the Northeast Regional Business Manager for Afflink, while continuing to provide leadership and sales training andexecutive coaching to business owners and corporate executives in New England.
